Ben Levenbaum
President & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ben Levenbaum has held the position of President and COO for Xceleration since our inception in 1999. As with most successful entrepreneurs, Ben is directly involved in all areas of Xceleration's growth, including Technology, Operations, Sales and Finance.
Before founding Xceleration, Ben Levenbaum was the Senior Manager of Incentives for MCI, Inc. In this position, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the company's sales and non-sales employee incentive programs including criteria development, communications, program execution and analysis.
Ben's past industry-related experiences include developing some of the first web-based incentive programs in the industry. Over the past 10 years, Ben has managed the execution of more than 250 employee incentive programs and the development of 40 web sites used to communicate corporate objectives, track performance and maximize incentive participation. This experience has translated into Xceleration's vision for managing online incentive programs, through our RewardStation® platform.
