Ralph Burton has held the position of Chief Xcelerator and CXO for Xceleration since launching Xceleration's first client program in 2000. Ralph is committed to Xceleration client satisfaction and focuses on Client Incentive Consulting, Business Development, Supply Chain Management and Incentive Award Services.
Prior to Xceleration Ralph spent 30 years in the incentive industry in sales, marketing and travel management. He created and managed hundreds of employee and dealer incentive award programs and as part of his business responsibilities traveled the world with his clients producing Recognition Travel Events in more than 80 countries.
From 1970-1993, Ralph worked for S&H Motivation. During his tenure he became a Vice President of Sales and sold over $300 Million in Non-Cash Incentive Programs and Recognition Travel Events. Some of his clients included Ford Motor Company, Ford Motor Credit Corporation, Motorcraft, Rotunda Equipment and ESP Warranty.
From 1994-1997, the entrepreneur in him lead to Ralph Burton Productions where he managed all aspects of the company's business development, sales, and operations to support the sales of incentive programs to automotive and auto aftermarket clients.
From 1998-2000, Ralph was the New Business Development Manager for a Chicago-based company marketing Internet-driven, merchandise award programs to the telecommunications industry.
